Project Management Mastery Course: Project Methodologies, Agile & Scrum Essentials for Business & Consumer Success

What you will Learn:

  • Understanding the concept of Project management, its importance in career and business success and the key roles and responsibility of a project manager;
  • Introduction of scrum and agile methodologies;
  • Applying adaptive methodologies to real-world scenarios for business and consumer success;

  • DURATION: (3 hours Instructor-Facilitated + 4.5hours self- directed learning)

Digital Marketing and Sales Automation Tools for Exponential Business Growth

What you will Learn:

  • Introduction to digital marketing automation and its benefits for businesses;
  • Exploring popular digital marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Mailchimp
  • Understanding how to leverage these tools for email marketing, social media management, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking;

Saturday March 16, 2024 with Module 1 (Another session for batch 2 will be held on Saturday March 30, 2024 with Module 1)

2nd Online session:

Saturday April 27, 2024 with Module 2

Once PMI account is opened, the Course on the basics of SCRUM will be assigned to their library. The learners will go through this course and other materials in order to prepare the last session.
