DESCRIPTION:In line with activities to commemorate the International Labour
  Day every year\, Paraklete Institute launches the Global Industry Talent P
 ower Contest and Certification Mentoring program in Project Management for 
 workers of all industries to upskill and uphold high performance delivery c
 ulture within their organizations and sectors of work. This Global Talent P
 ower Contest and Certification program comes as a follow up to the previous
  editions which benefited many organizational teams\, with training and cer
 tification of corporate workforce in project management\, improving organiz
 ation’s ways of working (WoW)\, enhancing performance\, and accelerating 
 organization’s ability to lead high profile initiatives that are critical
  to enterprise success.This year’s edition is a multi-day advanced traini
 ng culminating in a grand contest\, with assessment and certification for e
 nterprise workers and professionals\, aimed at upskilling and consolidat
 ing mastery of the project world of work and evolving organizational team
 s’ way of working. This training shall span over a month in the months o
 f April and/or July 2024\, with direct mentorship and simulations with proj
 ect experts\, and shall be conducted online through synchronous and asynch
 ronous delivery and onsite at designated local countries in Africa\, Canada
  and the USA.In Canada\, Cameroon and Nigeria\, the Grand Award Ceremony\, 
 Network Conference and Banquet shall be held at the following designated pl

  year’s labour day is the introduction of the Grand Contest\, which has t
 he following objectives:		\n		To enhance the project management skills of e
 mployees\, enabling them to effectively plan\, execute\, and oversee projec
 ts within their organizational unitsTo support the professional development
  of employees through training and certification in project managementPrese
 nts a novel opportunity to keep organisational employees on a perpetual sta
 te of high performance		\n			Who Should Participate?		\n		This contest will
  involve public and private sector enterprises from all industries and size
 s\, and is structured to take place as a training\, where employees approve
 d and recommended by their respective organisations will be enrolled to par
 ticipate in any of the levels (Beginner I\, Beginner 2\, Professional\, Spe
 cialist\, and Expert).		\n			What Will Constitute The Assessment (Contest P
 hase)?		\n		The Grand Contest score ranking will be determined through an 
 employee’s overall performance at an objective assessment of their practi
 cal know-how on project delivery methodologies or ways of working\, power s
 kills and strategic business acumen (how projects contribute to their organ
 ization’s missions and value delivery). They are required to have a deep 
 understanding and application of agile values\, principles and practices to
  improve the system of value delivery and high customer-centric tenets as e
 nshrined in the Agile Manifesto.		\n																										\n		By workin

 ion of courses and professional development programs that will calibrate yo
